Catarina Matos has joined as the VAT Director, bringing with her over 20 years of experience in VAT and indirect taxation. In her previous role as VAT Senior Manager at EY, she led teams and provided consultancy services across a range of sectors, including real estate, banking, insurance, automobiles, and retail.

Nuno Saraiva has been appointed as Of Counsel for Life Sciences, with more than 25 years of legal experience focusing on the health sector. In his previous role as Head of Legal & HR at Synlab Iberia and as President of the National Association of Clinical Laboratories, Saraiva has gained valuable insights into the industry.
